Shipping Policy
Postage
We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of your order being placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). If you require your order urgently (within 3 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays) please add next day delivery to your order.

Please note that requesting next day delivery does NOT guarantee same day postage. Your kit needs to be put together and may therefore have to be sent the following day. If in doubt, give us a call or send an email to enquire about ordering.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and let us know immediately if there is a problem, as mistakes cannot be rectified later. This is very pertinent if you're planning a party as anything missing could spoil the event - this is why we triple-check, but just in case!

Delivery Charges within the UK
Postage to UK addresses is FREE for second class post (3-5 working days), £3 for first class post (2-4 working days) and £7.50 for next day delivery (1-2 working days).
Delivery Charges outside the UK
If you live outside the UK, postage costs £8 for standard airmail (NOT tracked), £15 for tracked airmail (1-3 weeks) or £30 for express delivery (3-10 working days).
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have ordered something which is unsuitable you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. The goods must be returned in perfect and unused condition. Please pack them carefully and enclose your order number and a note of explanation. Remember that they are your responsibility until we receive them back in the shop. We suggest you use recorded delivery to return them.
